I read the instructions carefully on the web site and found you can simply ask to escalate the chat and they will. I asked for a replacement unit and explained that I have tried rebooting and two computers and two phones etc. AND I AM TO RECIVE MY REPLACEMENT IN 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS. HOORAY!!
