After you log in, you can go to settings. There is a setting for PIN not recognized

One TC can browse internet, but MJ said cannot connect to the internet.

Live chatted with MJ help center, they asked to download ugprade, when I try to run upgrade, it said it is not a valid win32 application.

This Thin Client was tested fully on another location, works fine.

Very weird, I tested to restart my thin client remotely, it works.

Now after the thin client restart, the action tab, the ctrl+alt+delete button is grayed out again.

Any thoughts on it?
