I don't understand how this is a phone service. It is more like a fancy switchboard or something to manage your incoming calls. You would still be using the MJ network on your MJ line, which is my problem.

My callers experience terrible call quality, and constantly hear that beep that is in the other thread.

No one wants to talk to me. It takes 5 times to be able to dial out. Calls are dropping right and left.

Spent hours with tech support, and downloaded their upgrades and fixes about 10 times ...
