Easy
Proceed to Control Panel, then click on Device Manager, expand Sounds and Video Game controllers, then locate USB Internet Phone by Tigeret or USB Audio Device, both Magicjack sound drivers. If you see any yellow ! marks, then you'll have to update these drivers, if not, uninstall right away ...
