I don't know if there is a problem with my computer, my MJ is defective, there is a problem with the MJ network or my ISP knows how to filter VOIP traffic and disconnect my calls.
I'm surprised that my problem is not happening to many others that is why I'm thinking that it could be my unit or pc ...

For the last 3 weeks my MJ will hang up after 5 minutes. I talked to their support couple of times but the problem persists. It had to be the last update they send or something changed in windows. I thinking to reinstall win xp as a last resort. Can you help?
