MAYBE the last MJ update earlier this month messed things up for you ( it did for MANY).
Try this DOWNGRADE "update" see if it helps..

Well... it looks like I should reinstall Windows? I ...

I tried completely removing MagicJack from Windows and reinserting the dongle into the same USB port it had used to work with.

It gave the "Downloading now ...." dialogue, and it installed... but I still get the perpetual "One Minute of Patience" dialogue.

I'm at the end of my rope right now. Any ...

Hello. Our MagicJack used to work for a while, but now it won't start up; only the splash screen is shown indefinitely until I close it via Task Manager... "one minute of patience" my butt! haha ;)

Anyway, it WILL run when Drive:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\mjusbsp\Upgrade ...
