I count it ALL joy.

MAYBE the last MJ update earlier this month messed things up for you ( it did for MANY).
Try this DOWNGRADE "update" see if it helps..

Yessir, BOTH upgrades messed things up for me. I can't speak for others, I know it did for me ...

After the Dec update 1.90.5212.3644 I started getting an odd behavior after a year of "nearly" flawless service .. at the initiation or termination of a call the soft phone crashes .. yet the inbound IP traffic continues ..

THOUGHTS ???
