oo good thinking. I will try now and let you know if this works.
edit:
Ok I went to device manager.
Turned off power management on all of the USB root hubs.
So now it's just a waiting game to see if it happens again.
Thank you VaHamm for the response. Fingers Crossed!

Help! Magic Jack is disrupting audio.
I've had my MagicJack for a year now but, the past month it keeps disrupting my audio.
What happens is, a few calls will work then all of a sudden, the audio on my phone will come from my t5710 thin client's on board speaker, instead of coming threw my phone speakers.
What I have to do when this ...

Nice Find
Remote desktop didn't work, it killed the audio.
Teamviewer wasn't an option, it wouldn't install, multiple errors and at one point said it needed 18mb, I only had 13 available.
TightVNC was the winner. Easy to install. During the install process you can choose to have it run as a service and can ...

Question About Ramdisk Z:
The guides I've read here are great! Especially jeepster & Vaham's guide for Dummies, but why would I want to have my Ramdisk set to 32MB instead of the full 64MB?

I see what really happening here...
The great thing about Linux is also a double edged sword. I think the real reason MagicJack isn't even trying to support linux is b/c the linux community is so vast and helpful. What do I mean? (MagicJack Programmers) Why do we need to figure out how to get it to work? Linux users will figure it out ...

Need different version.
Problems I ran into using the guide.
The USB drive being 4GB was to big. I bought a 2GB drive for $10 and it worked fine. Between 512MB-2GB works best.
The Operating system would get to 99% install completion and get an error.
To solve this I got an older version which you can get here. http ...

Will do.
I had the same message with a 4gb Duracell USB stick. I tried a 2gb by a different manufacturer and it worked fine.
Not sure if it's the size or make, but try another one if you have one handy. Aight thx for the quick post. I've seen some post where they had trouble with 4GB drives and some that ...
