Question About Ramdisk Z:
The guides I've read here are great! Especially jeepster & Vaham's guide for Dummies, but why would I want to have my Ramdisk set to 32MB instead of the full 64MB?
Re: Question About Ramdisk Z:
The ram drive use system memory so by increasing it's size you have less available for use by the OS. You didn't mention how much ram you have. If you have enough then there is no problem with setting the ramdrive to 64M.Amountstax wrote:The guides I've read here are great! Reducing the ramdrive is just another way of getting more memory available for the OS besides removing unneeded software.
