I bought a magicJack the other day at a Radio Shack. I kept getting this message: "Warning: Please re-plug the magicJack". Took it back and exchanged it (thinking I might have gotten a bad one). Second one did the same thing.
Contacted MJ support and got bumped twice to other techs. Over an hour ...
