When we first got MJ we could call our daughters cell phone which was area code 907 but couldn't dial her land line. So contacted MJ to find out why guess what now we can't call her cell number either. They were also suppose to send us an e-mail explaining the problem. Guess what no e-mail either ...

Thanks for the info. You are correct we just got our Magicjack a couple of weeks ago and are just now discovering how it works.

I try to dial area code 907 which is Alaska and each time I get a busy signal both to a land line and to a cell phone. For a while the cell number would go through but when I talked to MagicJack even that went away.

What is going on.
