Like booyah5 said you should check to see if the magicjack drive is there. If not your computer is not seeing the drive for some reason which could be an issue or conflict with another driver or something. Go to control panel on vista and in the search box at the top right type autoplay. For ...

Ok. Got it fixed.

Formatted the MagicJack Drive (the one with the address book, CallLogs, Profiles, Upgrade) and made sure to back my Address book and Call log.


1. Downloaded the upgrade first for vista.
2. Formatted drive. (drive with the address book usually says PHONE and is the second one)

Ok. Just switched magicJacks with another computer which is XP.

However, now this magicJack is doing it. AutoPlay pops every few minutes.

Any suggestions?

Running the infamous Windows Vista and seems that autoplay continues to pop up to Run or Install magicJack while the softphone is displaying on the screen. The phone call is also being put on hold and/or either magicJack shuts down.

Also I notice that the drive for magicJack continues to disappear ...
