I was having trouble with people hearing when I called them so I did the chat thing She had me uninstall it & see if that worked but it won,t start up again.

Hi BitstopJoe,If I remove it & reinstall it will I still keep my old phone #? When I do it what sequence do I need to do re;unpluging it & replugging it into my usb port? Does the computer need to be turned off during the unplugging & replugging? THNX

As much as I hate to admit it I don,t know how to paste.

I just updated from my old computer(XP) to a new computer(windows 7).When my new computer restarts majic doesn,t run. If I unplug it at usb port and plug it back in it will start. How do I fix this problem? THNX
