After doing the online chat MJ won,t come up when I plug it

I was having trouble with people hearing when I called them so I did the chat thing She had me uninstall it & see if that worked but it won,t start up again.

Try this: Unplug the MJ, uninstall the MJ software, plug the MJ back in and let the software automatically install again.
