Kingston V100 256GB
Corsair Force Series 120GB
OCZ Vertex 3 120GB
Intel 310 160GB w/mSATA-SATA passive adapter.

I am convinced it is Windows being stubborn and refusing to see the drives despite the bios recognizing each of these drives.

After trying several different pci cards on the T5730 riser in the GT7725, I can say that it is not compatible between the two.

pw0, Maybe you misread my earlier post. It was pertaining to the GT7725's full functionality under load with a 65 watt power supply when it requires a 120 watt power supply.(not the T5730)
As far as I know the pci-e slot on the T5730 is proprietary and only works with HP's GZ286AA expansion kit ...

Interesting tidbit here. The GT7725 will run under-powered just fine.
I came across an HP mobile TC power supply for the 4410T. (a very nice laptop with the right upgrades)(so nice someone stole it) It is rated [email protected]/65w.
The GT7725 says it needs [email protected]/120w.

Hello pw0, (welcome to the forum) I attempted to use my GT7725's PCI-E adapter in my T5730 and it did not function properly. And the only risers that work in the T5730 is the pci riser and the pci-e X1 riser. Would have been nice if pci-e x16 riser did work.

I tried the faster RAM in both the GT7725 and the T5730 w/TL-64 and they both clocked the ram back down to 667mgz. In the case of the GT, the ram clock was displayed when posting. With the T5730 I am only going by Win. Exp.Ind. scores.

As far as I know the T5730 utilizes the dual channel ram even with just the one stick being available.
When I compare the Windows Index Exp. between the GT7725 and the T5730 with the exact same memory stick.
T5730 + 2GB PC2 5300S 555 = 5.2 w/TL-64 @ 2.2GHz
T5730 + 2GB PC2 6400S 666 = 5.5 w/TL-60 ...

My adapter doesn't effect the drive activity light. At-least, not that I ever noticed. I think I have mentioned that my adapter will not allow me to use an SSD. :x
I also found that the 2.2GHz Turion doesn't seem to use all 800mhz of the RAM while my 2.0GHz Turion does. RAM score was 5.2 w/2.2Ghz ...

The stock power pack rating is 18.5v @ 6.5a for the GT7725.
The two T5730 TCs work fine with the one pci riser I was able to find. I couldn't find a pci-e riser for them, why I tried the GT's pci-e riser in it. And the ensuing issues.

I use a 19v 7.9a power pack for the GT7725. And was using a 12v 12.5a power pack on the T5730s. Lots of extra juice there if needed.

Prior to my mistake. The GT7725 would post with a flashing cursor if I used the EVGA nVidia 8600GT. And go no further. But would function perfectly with the stock ATI FireMV 2250 installed. (wish i had left well enough alone)
The Zotac and the GT7725 never crossed paths.

The T5730s ran fine with the Zotac pci card until I ran windows exp. index. It would reboot when it got to the DirectX10 constant buffer assessment. And would reboot when attempting to load either F.O.E. or ANNO. Heavy cache browser games. Video card issues more than likely.

I do not think anything is damaged on the riser. No burnt traces or burnt smell. The video card may be a different story though. It was near death when I received it and what I did to it I do not think helped it in any way.
