Mine too under XP Pro
My Magic jack is doing the same thing now, after their latest upgrade. It runs for an hour or two then shuts down, I have to unplug and reattach the dongle. Very annoying. I'm going to let my service expire if a resolution to this issue cannot be found.

Interesting thing about this error. When I went into chat on the MagicJack site, a canned script came up that said I could disregard that message, 911 will work anyway. 911 is not important, because I still have a traditional land line for that.
