Can not return mj

The audio is choppy and not understandable, I tried the "fix" I have never been able to get any live person. I tried to get a return autherization and it said it could not find the order. I clicked for an "associate and nothing happens. Do they have an e-mail address? I know I have been ripped off. I want to return it but I guess I'll let visa handle it.

I have never had a problem getting someone on the chat. They're useless but I do get them.

Thanks for the quick replys. I did get through by using a link from this web site. The "offical " site sucks. They should pay the people on this site, since they don't really have one of there own that's worth a .....

You say the audio is choppy.....are you using a headset or phone? If you are having this prob with a phone....try changing to another phone type......some phones don't work well with MJ. I'm using a Uniden cordless, and there is a list on another thread that lists what phone types work well with MJ.
