Outbound CallerID not working

When I place a call, the called party only sees "UNKNOWN CALLER" on their ID

Is there a fix for that? This is a brand new (less than one week) MJ.

Depending on the person's phone service you are calling, they may get a msg saying unknown caller or out of area msg.

MJ only will send your phone number to the other party, not your name. MJ doesn't support names being sent with callerID.

On my landline, I get alot of calls where my callerID says "out of area"

Try calling another friend or family member and see if they get your number on theirs.

Your number could be unlisted or blocked... *67 then the number youre calling could block your number from showing up on a caller id.
