When I plug my Magic Jack into the usb port it turns blue for a second and then nothing happens. I get a message that says new hardware found, a problem occured during hardware installation your new hardware might not work properly. It wa working fine until about a week ago.It no longer shows up in my computer and when I go to magic fix it says no device found.
yes a different usb port a powered hub and a different computer. Still nothing and they won't replace it because I don't have the original order number.
