Call your MJ number and hit * when VM picks up and then enter your 4 digit password

You probably have a broken "*".

Okay, I know that doesn't help but I couldn't resist. Seriously, I know there have been known issues sending DTMF signals from some phones w/ the MJ; maybe the same is true for certain phones/models on incoming calls, as well. Just a guess.

I've never had a problem getting to voice mail, either by using my MJ phone or another phone or cell. This may be another issue that is messed up in just a certain area.

You could check with tech support and have them try calling your number and seeing if they can access your voice mail.

I emailed Dan directly and some dude named Richard replied. The last email from Richard said:
Our engineers are looking into this. They believe that the issue with recording the message and the not being able to check the messages from other lines is part of the same problem and they informed me that they are doing their best to resolve this asap.

It's been over a week since I got that response.

I just tested my voice mail again by calling my number with my cell phone. With my computer running and MJ active, a box popped up asking if I want to accept or reject the call. I continued to just let it ring and after aprox 4 rings, my MJ VM answered the call and I hit * to get into my VM.....no issues.

When you set up your VM, did you place your outgoing message hitting key 4 "record temp message" ? This is the area that I have recorded my outgoing message.....don't use button 2 or 3 since what ever you record there will not be heard by someone calling you.

This is prob not your issue, but just wanted to relay this since this is how I set up mine and everything works correctly.

When you contacted support, did you have them try to access your VM from their end to see if they were getting the same prob?
