My firewall prevents me from going to anything.tinyurl.com so I just simply go to their actual address of http://www.magicjack.com/techchat/

When I click on your URL it takes me to the FAQ section and not the Tech Chat link.

When I click on the link that lonestarmagic provided THAT takes me to the Tech Chat site.

The correct link is the one that is provided by lonestarmagic regardless of the fact that its in reality a redirected link.

The actual URL address [shown bellow] for Tech Chat in the English language is not properly presented on this BB due to technical issue:

Yes, my link does not go directly to live chat, however, me thinks it's better to start at the page my link takes you to and then type in what your problem may be to see if you can get a fix for it b4 possibly wasting the tech's time and yours.
Right there towards the top of that page it clearly (sorta) states; "Every answer you will get from a Live Person, is available right here at your fingertips, without delay".

I found there the fix for the "ERROR BROKEN STORAGE" and thus did not have to bother tech chat and waste anyone's time.

But then again, hardly anyone (as a rule) bothers to use a search function b4 asking questions anyhow.

I only posted the direct link for those who seem to have trouble getting there after using the self help sections. Most answers can be found here or through their self help, but there are some that haven't been posted and people need to talk to their live support.........and usually still have questions after all of the above.
