Fast Busy when trying to check Voicemail via ATA (PAP2-NA)

Anyone else have this problem? Might it have something to do with my dialplan? I have tried dialing it different ways, 7, 10, 11 digit dialing, all the same result.

I gave it a shot. I am still getting the Fast busy, with 7, 10, and 11 digit dialing. So far, my only work around, is using a softphone to check my voicemail.
