MJ hardware problems

I have had my MJ for 7 months now and other then yesterday's outage it usually works fine. But I am curious if others are having the same problems as I am. Here are some of the problems:

1. The short USB cord that came with the MJ stopped working

2. The MJ has connection issues with the usb port. I have to wiggle it to work and cannot move it while on the phone because the MJ can drop the connection to the usb very easily.

3. Echo on the line when on a different server during trips.

Read my post "problem with USB and MJ"

found that my front two usb ports were as your is: loose fitting. I kept getting disk error in my event viewer under system every two minutes. I moved MJ to the back where the usb ports are tighter fitting then the front ones. So far no errors.
