how you get in touch with MJ support ?
2 days now, I can receive calls but not make them, I get a dial tone ,I dial out and then nothing, people can call me and I talk, but I cant call anyone. so I need to get a hold of support, I mean all the freaking links on the site keep going to the same place.

I'll bet that the softphone works for outgoing calls as well...
The same thing happened to me... after about 3 months, calling on my handset/phone stopped working. I went through 5 phones, none worked, although all USED TO work 3-4 months ago. BUT a 6th phone did work: an old, old Bell system phone.
There was speculation in another thread that a certain chip goes bad and the MJ no longer recognizes DTMF tones with the same sensitivity.
I am getting an MJ replacement (it took 4 1 hour "tech chats" to finally convince them to authorize a replacement)...
