HELP! I get a 1 or a 5 typed into the softphone white box

I don't know what is causing this....
I'll be on a call on my MJ and in the white
box on the softphone where the numbers
show up where you are dialing to...

A #1 or a #5 will just pop into the box after I am
on a call talking to someone and I'm not doing anything or
punching in any numbers. The people on the other end
that I'm talking to says they can hear it like someone
punching numbers but I don't hear it, I just see the numbers
show up in the box.

I'm having to run on a proxy since there wasn't a
local number when I bought my Magic Jack.

Has anyone been experiencing the same thing?
This has me concerned!

Also I can dial out on the softphone pad and once the
phone rings that I'm calling I then turn my phone
on and I can talk to the person and then there's times
I try it and get a choppy dial tone and the call won't
go through right.

I'm on Vista, did the upgrades and tried Magic fix and nothing
seems to fix any of these problems! I'm getting very fustrated!

As for Tech support....talked to them but they were no help.

Maybe you have a flaky phone.....try another phone.

I had choppy calls as well for the last few days......what fixed my choppy calls was I shut down my router for about three min and reset. Now all my calls are clear again.
