people hear beep, I hear nothing. Using ATA

Anyone have similar problem or know of a solution, for some reason people will periodically hear a tone like someone is pushing a key button. I don't hear anything and wondering if it has to do with registration or some other ATA setting i have misconfigured.

Sporadic touch tones unfortunately are the norm with MJ right now. For me sometimes it happens on both ends sometime one end or the other. It is a glitch in their system that I am sure they will resolve it "MagicJack SOON".

Try changing your DTMF Tx Method. I remember having that issue a while back with a different ATA. I have a SPA-1001 set to "auto" and do not seem to have that problem.
The setting is found under the advanced settings of "line 1" or "line 2" which ever you are using.
