MJ on networked comp only works connected directly to modem

I can only log in to magic jack if the computer I ma uusing id directly connected to my modem. when the computer is connected to the router it is unable to log in and I get an error 4, even when the computer has access to the internet. I forwarded port 5060-5070 on my router and still no luck. Are there any other ports or configuration I need to set up?

Yes you need ports 80, 443, 5060,5061,5070 as a minimum.

I opened ports from 5060-5070 on my router as per MJ sujested me yesterday on a chat session but they did not say anything about 80 or 443.
