MagicJack "internet problem"

I finally got magicjack working great last night (new firewall, pointed to dns) and today, I can't complete a call. Just goes right back to dial tone on soft phone or telephone. I am trying to chat with customer service. A message pops up on the chat window saying "There was an internet problem for a few minutes that has been fixed. Please try your call again now." Otherwise, noone coming on chat to help. The message repeated itself twice. Anyone else having troubles?

Yes, I got the same response from tech. I also have had the same problem with MagicJack since the third day I tried to use it. Good luck!!

Back to working now, I guess they really did have some kind of internet problem.

Mine had the same problem yesterday. I had the same exact message you did to. It's working fine now and the tech support is up and running again. Hope yours is fixed by now to!
