Other Party's voice is muted intermittently

Post by Karbi »

Hi,
Every time during the conversation, I lose the other party's voice for a few seconds and able to hear after few seconds...this happens intermittently during the conversation....because of this I am not able to understand what the other party is saying.. I have to request them to repeat the sentence again.

Does anybody know, how to fix this issue.

Regards

How often does this happen? Is your PC/Laptop connection wireless?

Karbi:

Your problem might be the zero configuration utility. Check this thread. The fix by magicFix should solve your problem:

Try connecting the PC directly to the modem. If this eliminates your problem then the Router is the culprit.
