Somebody please help me with this. I keep getting a message that says please connect to the internet : Error 3.
There is nothing wrong with my internet. It is always connected when my laptop is on. I have no problems using skype or yahoo messenger, but for some reason magic jack doesn't recognize the internet connection.

ERROR 3 CURE
In my case, this is the mistake I made, I tried that crappy Caller Id Spoofer program. I wanted to show my business name with my cell phones #, is that asking to much. I tried it, it didn't work then after I deleted the damn thing neither did MJ. After cruising the net for answers (finding none) every one said "firewall" reboot your router and modem, didn't work either. I opened up ports 80 and 443 on tcp and 5061 on udp, didn't work. I said to myself "dork, something changed with the spoofer, some file" I did a search for files modified today and found that the damn spoofer program created a "hosts" file in the etc directory of windows deleted it and BAM!! MJ works. I know your internet and browsers use a HOST file, this was not it, Spoofer created a "HOSTS" file, kill it. Try it, I feel your pain.
