Got a new MJ 'don't unplug me' upgrade this AM.
Anyone know what it's about?
No we're not at the edge of the earth, but I can see it from here.

Maybe some of the bugs we had from the last fix got fixed.
Windows Vista and Laptop with XP SP2 on the road. Occasionally, a Mac if my Windows machine isn't working.

I was told by Richard (magicJack Tech Support Manager) to apply it to try to eliminate the continuing echo problem I've been having. The end result was no apparent change to anything - echo still there on calls to 718 and good calls everywhere else. Interestingly, here's the link he gave me to obtain the upgrade:

http://upgrade.talk4free.com/upgrade/20 ... pgrade.exe

Not from the magicjack site.....

This upgrade worked great for me! fixed all my issues with resetting the mic and speaker settings between boots. :D

Also if I park the softphone off to the right hand side of the screen and reboot the program puts it back in the same place. :)

Is there any way for us to learn when talk4free has new updates for MJ?
