I am not getting calls. People tell me they have tried to call me and it doesn not ring. I have called my house number from other phones and it is weird. It might ring alot with no answer.
It also says sometimes all the circuits are busy. Once I did get it to go through and it went to my cell phone. That is what I have it set up to do. I don't know what to do about the calls not coming through. I am in NC in the 336 area code. Also the number I had to take was from a near by town not mine. It is not in my town yet. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Granny, I was going thru the forum here and noticed that no one has answered your plea for help. Did you get you MJ working correctly? If not, please state the ISP, the operating system, and any other info that could help us determine what the problem might be. From what I gather in your message is that no one can call.. Go into the menu of your magicjack and u select the do not disturb That could be the reason that no one can call you.. Play around with those features and see if one of them is causing your problem. You must have entered you dilemma when this forum was having some huge issues with very slow or no response within the last week or two, It's still not as fast as it should be, but that made a lot of us very frustrated with it and no one wanted to deal with the hassle of waiting for the pages to open and then time out.. Anyway, state your problems with as much info as you can think of and we will see if someone here can help you.
