I can receive calls from my area code but someone outside my area it won't even dial into me. A friend of mine has a MJ and he tried calling me on it and on a regular phone and it would not dial my number? Any help would be appreciated.
I had a problem with voicemail but I solved it.

Your area code and exchange?? Their area code and exchange?? Is yours a new one?? Is theirs a new one? Gonna have to get the Particulars..
Most likely, if it is a new area code, it hasn't been properly mapped or routed in the switch (Central Office of the PH Company) either theirs or MJ's..Try it from different area codes if you can.. Ask Friends to call from different places. then report the problems to MJ first, then to the Local PH CO. Then get ready for both of them to point to the other
Anyway.. Make sure that MJ can at least test it out, maybe they can try to call you to test..I don't know if they will do that, just a suggestion.If MJ sees a problem , they have the ability to contact the local exhange area and have the new exchange mapped correctly..But, do, line up your ducks and be ready to shoot them one at a time..The ducks.. Not the MJ techs

Well I talked to customer service. All they suggested was to run an update. So I did.
