spybot search and destroy constantly updating Mj

when ever i restart my pc not that often MJ goes to update wait you know. i do restart and MJ is working wondering if sygate avast or spybot maybe stopping the update from completing. How do I find out if I have all the cureent updates

I was told by MJ chat support that WinXP SP3 will not work with MJ, I did try XP SP3 and had problems, switched back to SP2 and no problems other than their new lousy update...was working perfect before..still trying to get the older update to take..no luck..still shows the new update in the magicjack.exe file..the version canot be down graded, can it?? like to know if it is possible and how to do it..I have the older update that made my MJ FLAWLESS...anybody??
