I posted the following in a general post, but I think it may need to be in tech support.

I have 1 central phone a 3 satilites. I want to disconnect my old AT&T and use the MJ exclusively. MJ says you can do this by disconncting from the outside box, connecting a phone cord to the 'pigtail' and plug the other end to an internal jack. I think this creates a 'loop'. I'm ok with is, but the 'plugged in' cord would have to be exposed and run about 30 feet to the nearest jack. Is there an easier way? Couldn't I connect the loose ends of the disconnected cord and...

Your post is cut off.
You just need to attach a regular phone cord from the MJ RJ11 socket to anywhere on your house internal phone wire, either a wall jack or the main feed where you would disconnect the external feed.
