Back to dial tone

I have seen this before but today it was really irritating. Tried to call my mother's cell and it rang once (which she heard) and then went back to a dial tone. I tried three times over a five minute period with the same result. Finally she saw me on call ID and kept answering with no one on the other end and call my MJ and we talked fine.

Anyone else seeing this prob? Any idea of what to do?

Yes, it should be fixed in a day or two. If you contact online support and let them know that you are having this issue, they will put you on the email list for when the issue is resolved.

Thanks for the info. Glad its a problem being fixed. I generally only look at the first page for a relevant post. Perhaps I missed it?

Or actually in this case, it is under a topic which does not suggest the problem I am having and I do not read every post before I post.
