MJ needs to be connected to USB
My MJ was running fine until recently. I now get a message that MJ needs to be connected to a USB port. It's connected and shows up in My Computer. I've tried everything recommended by tech chat and the web site including reformatting, downloading an upgrade and mjrecover_setup. No help. I'd like to take the MJ software off of my computer completely and try to reinstall it from scratch but there's no indication of how to do that. Do I just delete the folders containing the software and then remove it from the registry??? Any help will be appreciated.
