User interface

Post by windsurfer »

I have been using MJ now for a little while and from what i understand is that the service has been available for about a year and a half now, thing i don't understand is that why is the interface such a memory hog, not very user friendly, no information on the version of software being used, no upgrade link and various other shortcomings, it is a nice service but the customer satisfaction end of it all seems a little lacking. Looks like today he had 033400 sign up for a new trial and you'd think that with that many customers they would be on the ball with issues like that rather then not improving at all ..... live person help is hard to find and when you do find them they usually have not got the foggiest idea what you are talking about and give you an e-mail address to send your question to or give you an answer that has absolutly nothing to do with the issue. Not sure if these people are related to Bell canada but they seem to be heading in the same direction

the "counter" of signing up customers is a free-running JAVA script, as someone else pointed out, and not really counting anything.

the customer support, or lack thereof, is the whole point of this site. :P
