Yes, I'm having that problem. In the "early days" my voicemail worked very well. I only started checking it again about a month ago so I don't know how long it's been kaput. Doesn't work but I'm not concerned with it.

I actually got in touch with customer service and they gave me a link to an update ... after installing it my voicemail works fine. However it's kind of strange since I had used the update posted in the site just a few minutes before I got to talk wit CS ... go figure ... in any case it's working now.

I didn't update anything, and mine wasn't working either, but it started working yesterday suddenly.

Mine works from time to time but the main problem I am having is when my PC is off and someone calls it doesnt play my recorded message. All I get is the canned lady's message. Very annoying.

I also get the "canned" message when my PC is off, and right now I get NO answering message at all. Not even the canned one...and my PC is on.

MagicJack worked fine at first...now it's horrible.

I think this is an issue with MJ severs. One day mine didn't work the next it did. Part of the process of profecting their service. For $20 a year I can deal with this minuet bugs. Usually they fix it right away, other wise be patient. I waited 3 weeks for incoming calls from Verizon users to work. My Area code was newly added and their were problems, but they got it fixed.

Really a pain for me... I rely on the voicemail forwarding and like others say here ... one day it works and one day "nada"... Just like women ; can't live with them, or without them

It's really a shame that someone can't discuss technical issues without inserting ignorant sexist comments.
