Magic Jack will not load when I turn on my PC

I can't get MJ to startup when I boot up my Pc...If I turn on my Pc with the MJ connected to the Usb port, I have to unplug the MJ and re-plug it and then my Pc will detect the MJ and it will launch. I have posted this same problem before and I have contacted the crappy customer support and nobody has been able to help me with this problem. So far the MJ works fine but if I continue to plug and unplug the MJ it will eventually mess up the connection of the Usb port. Little help here. Thanks.
