Thunder,

Thanks for confirming I am not losing my mind.

Mine does that "not there at all" and some times it says 911 not available, no connection.

Mine is back now, why I don't know. I had two machine going and one displayed the problem. I looked at the other and it was OK, so being clever I reboot the one that was working and yup you guessed it, it came back up blank, I did a couple of more reboots a couple of MJ advanced restarts and had varying degrees of success. Some time portions of it would display some time it would be there in it's entirety but cut off by the bottom edge of the Softphone window.

But I finally found a solution; go to Wal-Mart for a couple of hours buy a new thumb drive come home and they will be working - anyway that is how I fixed mine "Go Figure"

Humor aside that has been the fix for most of my MJ problems, walk away for an hour or so and magically when you return it is working again.

Do a reboot or two (better yet a power down if you are on a thin client) and see if that doesn't bring it back. I personally think it is an MJ server problem - as usual !!!

Hey guys, lets all get real here. Do you want to put your safety and welfare in Dan B.'s pocket?

Make sure you have your municipalities non-emergency number at hand. Thats just a good thing to do anyway.

Backup, backup, oh did I mention backup?

OK Mufon how did you get your entitlement to say

"Dan isn't smart enough to hire me"

Anyone smart enough to pull that hack off should be listened to. :D

By the way I have never put my self in a position to be completely dependent on MJ's 911 and I agree with you about a backup number. I have the local dispatchers number programmed into my house phone (regular landline) and my cell phone.

Actually my concern about it not working properly was more out of my attitude of what is MagicJack's programmers up to now?

I think that is just a new "rank" that you have surpassed due to your amount of posts.
