malfunctioned MJ

Can someone please give me the link to the MJ tech support? Apparently they need to update their site because I can't get to tech support from there. Thanks in advance

You can it is tricky though you have to click on live support then scroll down to the bottom of the page click live support again, then click on a FAQ question, it does not matter which one, and look for a new kive support option to open up at the top of your page and that live support should work, pretty messed up way to do it..
