People cannot call my MJ number using a calling card. FIX?

My relatives have tried to call my number using a prepaid calling card but after calling the 800 number and entering in card number, pin and my number it gives her some message about not being able to connect to this number. Is this a known problem? Is there a way around this?

my relatives can use a at&t prepaid calling card to call my number, i.e. from oregon to massachusetts, so maybe it depends on the calling card?
