can receive calls but can't make calls

Woke up this morning with a problem with my magicjack. I can't make calls, tried moving it to another computer same problem. I Can receive calls. It registers fine and get dail tone but when make call goes to 42 seconds and then hangs up and I here dialtone again. Until today its been working great.

Same problem over here so it must be the magic jack service is borked this morning. Maybe they went out of business last night.

I can make calls. I'm using the Phoenix proxy. Maybe you should determine which proxy you're using, and change it to a different proxy. It involves using your hosts file to fake your MJ client into using the IP address of a different proxy (when it resolves the hostname of the proxy you're using).

It just started working again in 360 area-west coast

I have problems like that some time and what I do is I add *67 before the number.

example if the phone number u are call it 360-123-4567
you need to dial *673*6012345676
