can any 1 dial these numbers

Friends,
I was abe to dial these numbers till yesterday night.All of sudden it gets a busy dial tone. I tried from my mobile and it is working.
Numbers are 8669258282 and 866-503-8765.
I still don't understand what is the problem..
Any one has these prblems.Please share your views.

I've had this problem with quite a few numbers lately.. I have discovered that by dialing 1-area code-number and # the call will go thru fast..

I don't recall where I read that in this forum, but when I tried it.. it worked.. Let us know how it turns out for you
