Vista Upgrade on MJ Customer Care

MJ is working well on XP for me.

My daughter wants to try it on her Vista PC. The MJ Customer Care webpage has a Vista Upgrade button

Is this upgrading the Vista Operating System or MJ firmware?

If it upgrades MJ firmware, will it create issues when I use it on XP after the upgrade?

It upgrades the magicJack software and will work on both XP and Vista
