What has been done up till now?? Try diff browser? You made calls yet? Where are you trying to sign in? from MJ? from my.magicjack.com? Give us some info..What have you tried?

There's a "remind me" link on that signin page. You could try that (to make sure you really know your email and password). Check your spam filter to make sure the email isn't not caught.

Be aware that there have been reports that MJ isn't offering the $29.95 deal for existing customers. They don't tell you until a few hours after accepting your order.

Try livechatting.. thats the one thing they can actually help you with if the forget password thing doesnt work.
