Magic Jack with Capture Card

Post by magicjackjoe »

Yesterday, I installed a capture card to my desktop so that I can watch television (cable) on my computer flatscreen monitor. Had some concern about computer resources but I am happy to say that it hasn't really effected Magic Jack performance at all.
I just love "my little bundle of joy" :D
What you think of me is none of my business.

Lounge?

I also have a capture card that I got a week ago. Damn those HD to DIVX recording crap gets my CPU at 100% and chops frames. (The computer isn't running anything else with a Pentium D 820 and 2gb of ram) I am thinking of putting it into my Core 2 Duo. But, glad to see that your magicJack is still undisturbed even with that beast.... and even though the magicjack uses like no resources...
