magic jack fax stopped working

the fax for my magic jack stopped working

the fax worked but now does not

using a brother 420cn multifunction printer

i have the baud set at 9600 as it is in basic mode adn borther said that is the correct baud with VoIP

I have the exact same machine. I just tested it and it seems to be fine. I sent a fax to my Efax number and was received ok. Sorry to ask the obvious but have you tried a different RJ!! cord?
