Your Compaq Evo T20 is made by Wyse. The equivalent Wyse model is the WT9235LE. I'm running MJ on a this unit with 256flash/384RAM.corvax wrote:is COMPAQ EVO T20 300MHZ 192MB/256MB WIN XPE THIN
What are the performance that i need?
If you open the unit up, you should find a socket for a SmartMedia flash upgrade. If the socketed device is a 64MB one, then you have 128MB soldered on the board. Replace this with a 128MB SmartMedia device for a total of 256MB. The maximum available size for a SmartMedia module is 128MB.
You should also find an open 144-pin SoDIMM socket. Install a 128MB or 256MB RAM module (PC-100/133) to increase your total RAM to 384 or 512 MB. Watch the height of the module here, as there is not a lot of clearance to the case.
You may need to go to the HP/Compaq or Wyse website and download a new image to flash your unit with, if the existing image does not work for you.
